A: Shipments go out each Friday (for orders placed by Thursday at 4 pm) and you can expect your dress within 2-3 business days (Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week). Our stock changes frequently and so occassionally your dress may be on back order which will add 3 days to the shipping time. We recommend that you purchase your dress 2-3 weeks before your special day to ensure that you receive it in time. Please e-mail us at email@example.com if you would like to request upgraded shipping.
A: We'll gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn items within THREE DAYS of receiving your order. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a return authorization and instructions. If you think you may want to return an item, we recommend activating the service "Return Shipping on Us" prior to your purchase and checking out with your PayPal account so that your return will be on PayPal's dime. Click here for more information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. A: Yes. We stock dress sizes 6, 8, 10, and 12 but if you need a different size, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
A: We leave it up to you to determine your own standard of modesty. All of our dresses fall are mid-calf to ankle length. We provide many dresses that are designed with a sleeve that fully covers the shoulders. Some of our dresses have a sheer sleeve. Some of our dresses have a wide strap but not a sleeve. We carry white bolero jackets that may be purchased separately to fashionably upscale the modesty level.
